Our Shipping Policy 

1. Overview

At Amaroo, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Our shipping policy is designed to keep you informed about the shipping process and ensure you receive your order promptly.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

Domestic Shipping: We offer various shipping options for orders within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. Options include:

Please allow 3 days of processing time. 

  •  Standard Shipping:  5-7 business days: $15
  •  Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days: $25
  •  Overnight Shipping: 1 business day: $40 

Please note: Order will be shipped using either USPS or UPS

3. Pick Up Instructions

  • When checking out, you can select to pick up your order directly from our founder every Saturday at Coconut Grove Farmers Market between 11am to 6pm.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and once your order has shipped you will receive a second email with a tracking number. Feel free to contact us if you have any issues or questions at aho@myamaroo.com 

5. Shipping Confirmation

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Amaroo is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or any unforeseen circumstances.

7. Shipping Issues

If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as delays or damages, please contact our customer service team at aho@myamaroo.com .We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible! 

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. Amaroo is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Returns and Exchanges

For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy Page. Items eligible for return or exchange must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of the date of delivery.
